You don’t often find wide receivers built like Burks. That’s the same speed DK Metcalf was clocked at during his chase down tackle of Budda Baker. and has been clocked at 22.6 mph this year. Howell has still put up some decent numbers and will likely be one of the top signal-callers in a weaker class.
